1. Set up a webhook to receive survey data (JSON with employeeId and responses).
2. Configure the Sentiment Analysis API endpoint (e.g., Google Cloud Natural Language).
3. Provide HR API base URL and API key for employee lookup.
4. Provide Legal Case Management API credentials (e.g., Clio).
5. Set Slack webhook URL for notifications.
6. Adjust sentiment threshold in the IF node (default -0.5).
