1. Create a Webhook trigger URL and configure your grant submission form to POST JSON. 2. Set up an external validation API (e.g., a database or CRM) and provide its endpoint and credentials. 3. Obtain an OpenAI API key for scoring (use gpt-4 or similar). 4. Configure the approval/rejection endpoints (e.g., a grants management system) and a notification service (Slack, email API). 5. Test with sample grant data.
